I'm a Talent Success Manager with more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare staffing industry. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to wear many hats, from recruiting and client management to operations, compliance, training, and leadership, all while staying focused on what matters most: people.
What first drew me to Luvo Healthcare was our leadership team. I had heard so many amazing things about them over the years, and I was genuinely excited about the opportunity to finally work alongside them. What sealed the deal was our core values, which truly resonated with me. Care, Connect, and Create are values I've built my career around, along with trust, honesty, loyalty, and genuine compassion.
Outside of work, I'm a wife and proud mom of two teenagers, ages 18 and 16! When I'm not 8-to-5'ing, you'll most likely find me fishing in the spring, enjoying football in the fall (Go Cowboys!), binge-watching a great show with my fur baby, cooking up new recipes, cheering on my kiddo at school events, or spending time with my family.
