I've been working in healthcare and staffing for over 15 years and have especially enjoyed working with PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, and RRTs. What can I say? Therapists are the best to work with!
A typical day for me starts with checking in on all of my active clinicians and submissions. From there, I spend the first half of the day recruiting for open roles and the second half working on future starts and specific job searches.
What I enjoy most about recruiting and working at Luvo Healthcare is the relationships. Forming a tight bond with clinicians and coworkers while searching for the right role is where the magic happens!
Something people might not guess about me is that I've been doing hot yoga for almost a decade! When I'm not on the mat or working, I'm probably on a hiking trail trying to keep up with my son. I have a beautiful wife and an almost-three-year-old son. They're my reason for working so hard, and they're who I spend most of my free time with!
